At Cooltabs Accessories, we are committed to delivering our handcrafted pieces to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below to understand how we handle your orders.
1. Delivery Areas
We currently offer door-to-door delivery to all physical addresses within South Africa.

Note: Our couriers cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a street address where someone will be available to sign for the parcel between 08:00 and 17:00 on weekdays.
2. Shipping Rates
We aim to keep our shipping simple and transparent:

Flat-Rate Shipping: R99 for all nationwide orders.

Free Delivery: All orders over R1,000 qualify for free shipping. This will be automatically applied at checkout.
3. Processing & Delivery Timelines
Because many of our items are artisanal and hand-finished, we take great care in preparing them for transit.

Order Processing: 1–2 working days. (Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day).

Transit Time: 2–5 working days once dispatched.

Main Centers (Cape Town, Jo’burg, Durban): Usually 2–3 days.

Regional/Outlying Areas: May take up to 5 days.

4. Tracking Your Order
Transparency is key. Once your order has been handed over to our courier partner (Yoco/Courier Guy/etc.), you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your unique tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real-time.
5. International Shipping
Shipping is local and up to 14 days internationally
6. Order Responsibility & Insurance

Accuracy: Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are 100% correct. Cooltabs is not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged Parcels: If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please notify the courier immediately upon signing and contact us within 24 hours so we can assist with a replacement.

Delays: While we strive for 2–5 day delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to extreme weather, industrial action, or peak seasonal volumes (e.g., Black Friday/Christmas). We will always do our best to keep you informed.
