Returns & Refunds Policy

At Cool Tabs Accessories, we take pride in our craftsmanship. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns Period

Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date your order is delivered. Unfortunately, if 7 days have passed since your delivery, we cannot offer you a replacement or store credit.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging.

  • Custom and Limited-Edition Pieces: Please note that custom-made or limited-edition items are non-refundable and we do not replace them.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Quality is our priority. If an item is faulty or arrives damaged, we will gladly replace the item at no extra cost to you. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a replacement.

Change of Mind

If you have a change of heart regarding your purchase, we offer Store Credit for the value of the item. Please note that we do not offer cash refunds for “change-of-mind” returns.
